Answer: On the Akuvox Training & Certification
System login page, click on "Forgotten your username
or password?" Enter your username or email address. Follow the emailed instructions to reset your password.

Question: When will I receive my certificate and how?

Answer: Your certificate will be emailed to you within
7 days of completing the course.

Question: What is the validity period of the certificate?

Answer: The certificate is valid for 2 years.

Question: Is it possible to access advanced courses like
ACIP without completing ACIA first?

Answer: Before progressing to the next level, it's
necessary tocomplete the prerequisite courses. The
structured course sequence, ACIA>ACIP>ACIE, is
designed to build up your knowledge step by step.
