    Steps of Certification

    • Register

      Click Register and fill in your information. You'll
      receive a
      welcome email contaning the login
      credentials.

    • Start the Online Course

      After registration, specific certification courses will be
      assigned within 24 hours of receiving the welcome email.
      Find them under "My Learning Programs", with course
      materials available in English and Spanish (more languages
      to be added continuously). Content includes:

      · Basic Installations and Deployment
      · Wiring Diagrams & Tutorials
      · Cloud Project Deployments
      · Common Problems Solving

      Learn at your own pace.

    • Take ACII Test

      Once all courses are completed, take the final test.


      · You have 30 minutes to finish once you start.
      · You must score higher than 60% to complete the courses.

      You have one retake If you do not pass on the first attempt.

    • Obtain Certification

      Upon passing the exam, get an official Akuvox
      certification, valid for 2 years plus a 30-day buffer period.
      Display it on your website/social profiles to attract
      quality-focused clients.

    Certificate Expired?

    Take the recertification exam. If you pass the exam within
    the 30-day buffer period, your certification will be renewed
