    Steps of Certification

    • Register

      Click Register and fill in your information. You'll
      receive a
      welcome email contaning the login
      credentials.

    • Start the Online Courses

      After registration, you'll be assigned the specific
      certification
      courses within 24 hours of receiving the
      welcome email. Find
      the course under "My Learning
      Programs", including the
      following contents:

      · Smart Intercom Products Overview
      · Comprehensive Features Configurations
      · Common Problems Solving

    • Take ACIA Test

      Once all courses are completed, take the final test.

      · Once started, you have 30 minutes to complete a test.
      · You must score higher than 60% to complete the courses.
      · You can retake the test one time if the first attempt fails.

    • Obtain Certification

      Upon passing the final test,you'll receive an official
      Akuvox
      certification valid for two years.
